New to HJ forum and scared to death

Hi all...I've tried to connect with folks through forum formats before, but was woefully inept. Got slammed on for entering a message in the wrong place and haven't had the courage to try again. I recently acquired a '52 HJ Corsair Deluxe and have been wading through your forum posts and have gotten all sorts of good info. Looked like a friendly group, so here I am. Before I go on and make a fool of myself, can someone please let me know this message got out there and can be read. Thanks

Thanks, Jake, for the reply. It looks to be my first successful post. I guess my anxiety got the best of me last night. Anyway, I'll start a new topic or reply in existing topics for help with my '52 Corsair. I need parts and info.

Hello and welcome to the KF club forum! We'll do our best to help with questions you may have about your recent purchase. I've been around Kaiser and Frazer cars since I was old enough to realize what they were and I still run into things that surprise me. No question is dumb...after all, none of us were born all-knowing - although there may be a few who think they were!

Hi Fid,
The photo may have been how my car looked at its best, but not the car I just acquired. Same color Corsair Deluxe, though, and I hope to have it looking as good as this one some day.

The picture I posted was taken in May in Chanhassen, MN. It's a 20,000 mile original Corsair Deluxe that still wears its original paint. I was just curious if you were Duane or the car's caretaker.  Looks like you're not.
