Check the inside back cover pictures showing the jack set up on the front bumper. G-P Version #1 shows the car having two bumper guards; G-P version #2 shows four guards (one is barely visible because of camera position. The Kaiser-Frazer Corporation version of the Frazer Owners Instruction Book shows the 4 bumper guards and the one that I have also shows that 7.10 x 15 tire size. There could also be a fourth version...that one would have a Kaiser-Frazer Corporation cover but show 6.50 x 15 tire size which would have been used between the end of March/early April 1947 and the end of November 1947. I base that on the following:
1. a summary specifications document notorized on August 7 1947 listing the 6.50 size as correct
2. Service Bulletin #30, dated 12/9/47 that advises dealers 1948 model year production began December 1, 1947 and that 1948 Frazer & Frazer Manhattan models would be equipped with 7.10 x 15 Goodyear Super Cushion tires; standard Frazers blackwall, Manhattans whitewalls.
1947 model year Frazers shipped out after 12/1/47 should have had the owners manual with 6.50 x 15 but who knows?
