The roof stamping was swapped with the front & rear window braces still attached, as well as the package tray & braces. Rain gutters, separate stampings, were left on the roof rails of the receiving car. They were pretty much taken apart at the seams & reassembled. I did the disassembly & paid someone a lot more skilled than me to put it back together and do the rest of the metal work.
As far as being the nicest one when it's done, I think it'll be nice, but certainly not like an unmolested original.
