Shifter repair kt.

I used these on two occasions to some good results. Make note that the HJ shifter is the same as the Chevy.

I bought one of those many years ago. Never installed it so I can't say if or how it works. One reason I did not install it was because I found my sticky shifting problem was the two bolts that fasten the mechanism to the column were slightly loose. A gentle twist on each (not too much as they go into pot metal and will strip/break) one and my car shifts like new again -

   Have used these on the old Chevys years ago. Helped but dont last too long on a daily driver, might be OK on collecter cars.
