You can try either Dale Hammon (in WI) or Larry Barker (in AZ) as a starting point.  You could also check your local NAPA store for the type that interchanges with Delco-Remy 1118302 or United Motor Systems (UMS) D-602.

It is the same regulator used on 1953-54 International Harvestor  R, RA, RC or RM series models 110 to 160 as well as 1952 IH100-22 through 280-22 and
- Nash, 1950-51 all models with D-R
- Packard, 1948-50 all models with D-R
- Nash Rambler, 1952-55 with D-R
- Studebaker, 1950 all models with D-R

Interchange information on vehicles from UMS TBA Manual A-100 August 1960

I'm not sure what regulator a 53K takes, but I took mine in to my local alternator/starter shop and they put a new one on.

I took the old, original one with the generator to the generator shop here in Everett, WA for them to repair and synchronize the units. Since the old regulator was bad, they replaced with a brand new one. I took the old Delco-Remy cover off the old one, cleaned it up and painted it, and it fits perfectly on the new one. I didn't get the part number or manufacturer but this was only a year ago, so it should be no trouble to get. I do know that it was not expensive and since our cars are probably not the only ones to use them, that is the reason they are readily available.
