BH has been selling that incorrect Kaiser engine paint (incorrect in that it does no apply to all years) for at least 20 years. When I got my can about that long ago I peeled the label off the top and it was labeled under that as Lincoln.

I highly recommend Gary Micanek.  He has been dealing in the correct engine paint for over 25 years--and at a very reasonable price.  Whatever he uses, mica or metal flake, it adds a very slight sparkle to the paint.  No need to spray it on--it flows so well that a brush works just fine; just keep it mixed constantly!!
