Hey guys witch way do I turn the distributer to regard the timing.....

The rotor turns counter clockwise so if you turn the distributor counter clockwise that means the points will close later, hence timing is retarded (or regarded if you prefer).

Yes you turn the distributor clockwise to advance but the rotor turns counterclockwise. The vacuum advance pulls the breaker plate clockwise to advance timing.
