I am sure there are still many members that can still get them running and driving, I am not an upholsterer but can install seat covers. There are alot of cars that i see that are drivers or survivers that could be driven to local shows or put on a trailer and taken to a show. I have many friends who have different skills and bartering still works. Don't give up it may take a little longer but you can do it. They DO NOT have to be show cars.
I have skills that others need and they have skills i need it works. It always takes some money but if you barter it can be much cheaper. Sometimes if it is grunt work you can get the neighbor kids to help for a few dollars or information about the old cars. Many are interested in learning about cars and what better way to learn then from people like us.
