Hello to ALL KFOCI members,
Since Mrs. Walker has recently passed, I have been told that their inventory of many cars and parts has been purchased by a current KFOCI member at a very reasonable price. My understanding is that they had more than 100 cars that will either be scrapped or scavenged for parts and that they are currently located in Colorado. If this is true, would someone please come forward and notify the rest of us so we can buy some parts before those cars and parts are either scrapped or moved from their Colorado home.
If I have been misinformed, I'm very sorry for broaching this subject. Both of the Walkers were good people with BIG HEARTS. I knew both of them from telephone and USPS discussions from the 1960's, and such folks are really valued. We have many members now who are like them, and I hope we can continue to move forward with the same goals that Fred and Erma had regarding the KF Club.
Thanks,
Jerry

Soooooooooooooooooooooo------------------
How about what the plan is and ???
-
I talked with Duane. His property is next door and he will be moving everything there. Just needs time. Nothing will be scrapped.

I didn't ask specifically what his plans were for the Kaisers, just assumed....... maybe incorrectly......... that they'll become part of the hundreds of vintage vehicles he already has that get parted out and/or sold whole.

Glad all of it is in the care of Duane. Nice guy. (He did not pay me to say that...lol)
