Title: 1951 Kaiser Sales Brochure - Is it worth anything?

Brochure is intact but some pages were user by a child as a coloring book.  Appears as if much of that can be cleaned off.  Would this be of interest to anyone in the Kaiser Club?

Is it the yellow brochure?  If so, it's pretty common. Check ebay, there's always one or two on ebay at any given time and they don't bring a lot of money. List it on ebay and see what you get.
