This time, the $1 car is a 1955 Willys Aero 4dr in really poor shape, located in Royston, Georgia. The ad states "make offer, no low ballers please"!! Transmission is listed as "other". No title.

I can certainly see more than a dollars worth of parts there! ;D
I recognize that cloth pattern too. It was in my (leftover '53) '54 Lark and a '53 Falcon posted here several months back. Currently struggling along with SMS to get it reproduced.

It's the first two-tone blue 1955 Willys Custom I've seen.
-
Fred Walker had a two tone blue 55. It's now in Vermont.
The seller says he doesn't need to sell the car...probably because he'd lose a place to store his mattress and rug...

I think Edward Ohanjanians in Canada has a pale blue over dark blue '55
-
The 1955 Willys Aero sales folder shows the Custom only in two tone.
-
A local fellow has one that's painted a single color - red. I believe the well worn paint that's on it is original.

Hey.... Is the mattress included?
