Whoever wins it will really have to step up as it is not going cheap. I like your Kaiser banner with the Deluxe Club Coupe on it. The club coupes were among the best looking of all the body styles but they did not sell well and there are few survivors. Well, this banner brought $515.55 at auction. I guess that there are still a few hidden Kaiser-Frazer fans out there. Who got it?

A company in Detroit that supplied advertising materials for the auto industry was called LaFontaine-Detroit and they provided Kaiser-Frazer dealers an illustrated booklet in late 1947 of items that could be ordered as giveaways. Pencils, match books, key fobs, note books, stationery, electrotypes for advertising etc and among the items were inside showroom banners for the Frazer Manhattan and Kaiser Custom. Considering the short lifetime of the Kaiser Custom there were probably very few of these banners ordered by the dealers. They are very attractive banners and were 3' x 5' and would certainly be a tough one to find in nice condition today!
