Title: Membership Renewal

Seems as though in the past we could pay our annual dues on the website.  I see no way to do it.  How do I renew?  In fact I could not login into the website using my email address.  The login asks for email address and username and I was rejected.  I only got here when I tried my username instead of email address.  Regards, Harry Hathhorn

Something is wrong with this website.  I cannot login using my email address and password that I have always used in the past.  It is rejected.  If I request my password it asks for my email address which is harryhat2@msn.com and it is rejected.  The only way I got here was to login in using my  wife's email address and password.  Then at the top of the page  there is a login box asking for username and password to login.  I enter my username and password and bingo here I am.  My profile shows my correct email address but I cannot login with it.  So what is going on?  I am really trying to renew my membership but see no way to do it.   When my wife is logged in there is a message to renew and a page to do it.  Why don't I get it?  Regards, Harry Hathhorn

Your password will need to be reset. Please contact our club secretary - secretary@kfclub.com - and explain that your website password will need reset.

Problem fixed by Linda M.  Somehow my email address in the club record was harryhatz instead of harryhat2.  I am now back in.  hh

So can I renew my membership online? Why is this so difficult?

There should be no problem to do it that I know of.  Again, contact the club secretary for help.

I don't know the specific problem you're having, but here's the process ...

1) Sign-in to the club website with your registered email address & password
2) It will open to your "My Profile" section
3) Under your name, click on "View Profile"
4) Click on the "Renew to (date)" (lower right corner)
5) Click on "Update and next" (lower right corner)
6) Complete process with online payment.
