Title: Frazer tiller...
Post by: njpatera on December 22, 2018, 09:25:01 PM
I’ve stumbled upon a B1-6 or B1-7 model in nice shape. The usual...was running when parked a few years ago. Is it worth grabbing it for a nominal fee?

If you've seen it in person, then you know how large one of these is. They're a two stroke pull start unit so there's power with every piston stroke, making them a real workhorse. They can be hard to get used to due to their physical size and weight but I know folks who use them regularly and like them.

The B1-6 does not have reverse and only certain serial numbered B1-7 units do and are usually tagged as a B1-7R or B1-7RS. They're much easier to use with reverse.

Quite a few implements aside from a tiller attachment were available for the Frazer Rototiller - finding one today with anything but the tiller is rare.

Thank you! I have a number of other 2 wheel and single wheel tractors...The are definitely a chore to man-handle. I was interested on other implements...I may have to gab some brackets to use some of the other makes I have since I’m not too familiar with these. Should be fun!
