I thought we needed a little humor here. No offense was intended and I hope none was taken.  But seriously Chris, the part is a front bumper support/bracket for a '51 Henry J (I believe the '52-'53 was more pointed in the center but there's no pictures in the '52-'53 HJ Parts book supplement).  See attached from the '51 HJ parts book. Sure looks like that's it.
Actually, it's three parts, the right bracket (212285), left bracket (212286) and  Inner support (center 212284).  The '52-53' supplement lists different part numbers for all three so it will not be the same for later Js or Darrin.
