Title: Darrin #3 update
Post by: 324darrin on October 07, 2019, 04:59:40 PM
We now have the Olds 324 running well. Brakes are completely rebuilt and only lack bleeding. Until it gets the body massaged and painted the correct color (champaign white) we wanted it to be all one color instead of blue with black and grey primer. So satin black it is. Got the lights working.

324, the satin black looks good. Is that an epoxy primer or an actual satin black paint? If a paint, can you provide info on manufacturer and paint name?

Thanks, Paul

The body work is far from great so I just used rattle cans, nothing fancy yet. Rustoleum Satin Black. As I mentioned in the original post the color should be white. The only black one that I have seen is the one for sale on eBay and it looks great in gloss black.
