Hi there,
I've had this emblem laying around my garage for a long time and did some research to find out what it was. This looks like the place to maybe find a buyer. If anyone is interested, just send me a text to my cell or an email please. I haven't cleaned it up or attempted to bend it back into shape (not bent too bad). Looks like it would clean up real nice but I didn't know if it would devalue it to anyone who needed stuff like this. I appreciate your time and hope someone can find a use for it. please do not PM me on here, use my email or cell to get a hold of me. Thanks again!
taking offers on...

I found an ebay auction with a similar item if anyone is interested. Can you confirm that this is an exterior grill piece off a Kaiser? I'd like to see a picture of one on an original.
ebay item # 220645953345

Your emblem is for 47-50 Frazer. The Kaiser emblem is different. Based on the pics yours appears to be an item an enthusiast might want for a desk item or for display but it is too far gone to be used on a restoration project in my opinion.

I agree with Ben. The ebay seller thinks he's really got something but these were so colorful they were often scavenged off cars and saved so they're not as rare as some may think and certainly not worth the opening bid, much less the "Buy it Now" price on that ebay auction. A pristine one might fetch that much but not a worn one.
Here's some photos of cars which have them -

and here's how it was used on the 1949/50 cars

Hey guys, I really appreciate the responses! I had no idea of the value, just thought someone might need one. I have no problem using it as a desk item! Thanks again!!!
