Hi,
Is there an aftermarket resource for this item which attaches to tip of exhaust pipe? thanks

Rudy Phillips list them in his catalog. 769 789 3608. There are several knockoffs that are not authentic including some with red jewels. Put an ad in our parts wanted section of the forum as other suppliers may have one.

Terry's pointed out the same design exhaust deflector accepted for judging over the last few decades. It is missing a small round red "K-F" emblem that I believe can be obtained from the Manufacturing Fund.

Although the early 1947 tail pipe deflectors were sightly longer the only illustrations I have found of the actual K-F authorized deflector are in the 1948 and 1951 K-F accessory folders and they look exactly like the ones that Terry has illustrated and without an emblem. This seller has the correct deflector and at a good price. I just bought a pair.

In only three days the exhaust tips arrived and they look just fine and I am very pleased. Thanks Terry, for the good (TIP!)
