Hi All,   Does anyone have a resource for repairing the heater box?    thanks,   Jim

Maybe take it to a radiator shop to be tested and repaired . Radiator shops are few and far between around here  but should be able to locate one .

if you have good tanks, a radiator shop merely cuts a core to the proper size
