Title: Odd Frazer hood ornament

eBay has listed an odd unpolished aluminum '51 Frazer hood ornament with a possible white glow in the dark tip.  Is anyone aware of reproductions of the '51 Frazer hood ornaments?  It is a new one to me and priced at $499.00.

I'm gonna guess that it's not aluminum but pot metal that's been sanded smooth. Interesting but totally incorrect nose cone...

Either that or someone painted it aluminum color.  No bids yet for this rare hood ornament!
