Members of the KFOCI can run free WANTED ads in the club's Monthly Bulletin.  You need to contact Barbara Mueller, Bulletin editor ASAP if you want to run a wanted ad in the August Bulletin.  July already went out the end of June, and deadline for materials is July 10th because of the lost week for the National Convention which starts on July 11th in Rochester NY

Sorry to be late to the party...

I know KFParts has the blades, but in a fairly recent search I did it appears RockAuto lists the appropriate wiper arms, or at least, they say they do.

As always with a source like RockAuto, do your due diligence to be sure what you're getting is what you need...be sure of return policy if what they send is inappropriate.
