i purchased some farm property a few years ago and there is an abandoned kaiser fraiser 4 dr sedan that was left there. the car is in real rough shape, kids broke all the glass out of it, and its pretty rusty. it has a 6 cylinder engine with a supercharger on it. is this worth anything to anybody, or just scrap value. i can get some pictures of it if anybody is interested.

Where is the property located. Can you send a couple of pix of the car? Would be interested in the engine complete. My direct e-mail is ddr1140@aol.com Thanks

the car is located near dwight illinois, about 2 hours south of chicago. i can get some photos this weekend and email them to you.

THANKS-- I have a daughter that lives in Chicago. If you want to call, my number is 575-973-2650. What is the chrome like? Any taillights?

The Supercharger, air box, and air filter are rare, You may want to part the car out and sell on e-bay or crags list.

i am gonna make an attempt here to post some pictures of the car, not sure if it will work or not. but here goes.

Wow! that one is really just a parts car but there are many parts that members could use. I would suggest that you offer it on Craigs List or on eBay rather than spending several days trying to strip it and sell the parts. Someone will want it for the best parts. Good luck.

Find out how much it is worth for scrap value, and in your Craigslist/Ebay ad, mention the positives such as the complete supercharger setup for a core (even if it doesn't work, it is complete and that does make a difference) a Hydramatic, and usuable fenders, doors, trim, (even the 54 taillight bases have some value higher than zero). Estimate a core Supercharger value, and the scrap value and base your price on these factors--AND state in your ad what those values are. So, if its $500 + $150 for example, then you might expect $650 or better, and price it accordingly. So if someone wants it just for a rebuildable supercharger, have them take the whole car and they can strip off/sell bits/keep stuff/scrap the rest themselves.
JUST for our information, could you post the information/serial number on the driver's door post between the hinges, and underneath the hood on the cowl there should be a plate with all sorts of information with such things as TRIM SCHED ITEM etc? ....all those numbers mean something.
