That was built and owned by Bob & Leanne Kleiner of Phoenix, AZ.

That car was at "Back To the 50s" in Saint Paul in 2007.

Bob and Leanne were also at the KFOCI National at Salem, Oregon in 2008.  Nice car, and nice people.  They had just done a 6,000 mile or so trip with some Hot Rod Magazine event, if memory serves.
