Title: pictures of my engine apart
Post by: stroker70 on May 13, 2011, 10:05:24 PM
Thought I would document the before and after on my engine repair. check out the rear cam bearing being installed too far back, I stuck a screwdriver through the oil pressure port so you can see the exposed gallery. I hope to drive my car there and attend for a couple days anyway. I am about 100 miles north of San Diego so its a straight shot down interstate 15 from the 10

Colton CA, the home of Wyatt Earp's parents. Virgil Earp was Colton's first city marshall. The house he built for his wife Allie is still on 8th street. Morgan Earp who was ambushed and shot while playing pool in Tombstone AZ in 1882, is buried two miles from my house. There is history all around us if we look for it and maybe even a Kaiser or two.
