Title: Dutch's Darrin #393
Post by: Chris Luecht on December 09, 2008, 04:31:19 PM
I was flipping through the Barret-Jackson brochure included with this month's Hemmings Motor News and noticed that car# 393, apparently owned by Dutch Darrin himself will be going on auction.  Has been stored since 1958 with only 3,800 original miles.  Anyone have any other info on this car?  Wonder who will be the high bidder.  Scheduled to auction on Saturday January 17th, 2009 in Scottsdale, AZ.

This explains why so many Darrins are now coming out of the woodwork and being listed on ebay.

Looks like Citibank's CEO was bidding!
