Title: WTB 54 rear window gasket

I have a 54 Manhattan that needs a new or good used rear window gasket. I had to remove the rear window to repair rusted through areas of the window channel. the original gasket was very brittle and shattered in many places and is not usable. I know that this rear gasket is like unobtainable but I need to look. The manufacturing fund should be making this gasket available as many projects have come to a stop because of the lack of these gaskets. Please chime in if you need one or if you have a gasket for me. Thank you.

Your best bet is to find a 54/55 Manhattan and salvage the entire window assy.  You may need to heat the rubber to soften it, clean it and use liquid rubber to fill cracks, then trim with a razor.  It is a tedious job but the results can be satisfactory.
