Anyone know who's it is?

I am guessing it may belong to Kaiser Bill.

Think not ... it was not in his museum.

This makes the third 1951 Frazer convertible--all of them are blue, by the way--to come up for sale in the last 3 months. Naturally all of them show up as winter approaches.

The price has now been bid up over $10,000 and the reserve still not met. Five more days until the auction ends and it will be interesting to see what this one brings. It looks nice but needs a lot to make it a show car! They are sure not bringing what they once did. There was a similar but green car at the Chicago meet that sold for $14,000.

This was a no sale with $16,700 bid with 30 bids. That was not too bad a price considering all of the work needed to make it a prize winner. I wonder what his reserve is?
