Hey guys,
I just sealed the deal on a '53 Dragon--only problem is it is in Delaware and I am in Texas. I've never used a shipping company before, and have heard too many horror stories about them, but I need to get the car out here and don't want to drive it because the brakes are leaking and it will need a wheel cylinder rebuild. Anybody know of a good reliable shipper to get my Kaiser to me?
Thanks,
Cory Jorgensen

I used www.transportreviews.com to find Specialty Mobile Systems who shipped from Texas to California for $795.

We purchased 7 cars at the RM auction in Ft. Lauderdale last month. We used Intercity Lines out of Warren, Mass. The trucks and trailers are pretty new, very clean and well maintained. The drivers are very professional, (very clean and well maintained!). We are located in Syracuse, NY, the charge was $900. per car. No damage, no muss, no fuss. I am in no way connected to this company but I was impressed by them. I have used other carriers and I have had problems! Give 'em a call, 1 800 221-3936.

If you go online there are many shippers available.

Hi Cory,
Go to USHIP on the internet. You put in info on car and they get bids from shippers. You can check them out and select who you want.

I've used several companies over the years, but Intercity Lines is without question the best overall experience I've had. They are not the cheapest, but are the top of the line when it comes to professional service. Dave Hollen
