How many different years did they use the same radiator Also looking for a radiator. 54 Kaiser
-
1951 thru 1955 Kaisers all used the same Harrison manufactured radiator. They are date coded with the year first and the month next, using the alphabet to denote the month. For example, a 51B radiator would have been made in February of 1951.
I've been told that 55-57 Chev rads are the same but you would need to swap in your existing mount flanges.

51-55 kAISER RADIATORS ARE THE SAME AS 1954 6 CYLINDER CHEVROLET need one, go to www.The Filling Station.com or Bill Brown, as seen in the Kaiser Parts Interchange and Sources catalog produced by member #3719

The Hollander Manual shows 51-55 full size Kaiser radiator as #592. The 49-54 chevy car is #523. They also say the cores interchange between the #592 and #523. So do the tanks. The assembly will interchange between Kaiser and Chevy if you switch the soldered on mounting brackets.

If you have good tanks, U.S. Radiator in California can recore the original radiator. They recored my Henry J radiator and it looks great. ( I'm picky) The number is 323 826-0965
