Anybody know what thickness rubber I need for attaching bottom window channel to the door glass?
Anybody know thickness for rubber for attaching chrome frames to front vent glass?
Any ideas where I can find this rubber? Rudy does not have the rubber I am referring to.

Sounds like you're looking for "glass tape". It's a thin cloth-like "tape" that wraps around the edge of the glass and then into the channel. Your friendly, local glass shop should have it in stock or I would think they would assemble things for you at a nominal charge. You can also use black window setting urethane instead of the "tape". Thanks Gary!, sounds about right. Just not sure of thickness.

By the way, here's a good video of someone installing vent windows (on a '41 Plymouth), in case it's useful. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Run9pRC0Xqo
