Title: Glass
Post by: BigDave LM6174 on June 29, 2013, 01:41:56 AM
Has anyone used Bobs Classic Auto Glass in Eugene Oregon?   They have a lot of the glass for KF cars.  They even have the front windows for 51 Kaiser.  Anyone have bad experience??  All I am finding only good reviews.  They advertise on Ebay.

Have you tried a local glass company? When I did the flat glass on my 57 I took my samples to a place and they cut the glass there.

I need the two doors for my 52 Henry J and the two moveable wings.  3 local glass shops quoted me over $300 for 4 pieces.  i have old delaminated and cracked windows to use as template.  Bobs Classic Auto Glass is $180 + $30 Shipping, for $210 total.  They are considerably cheaper.

Bobs classic auto glass in Eugene oregon sent me the two door windows and two wind wings in 5 days.  Just had my local glass shop set the windows in the frames for only $10 each.
Highly recommend them.
