Amazon does still have some copies new listed for an offsite seller but almost gone I guess since price is up to $39.95 plus shipping. A few months ago it was under $30 with free shipping. They also list some used copies for up to over $300!

I posted this earlier in reply to message on the Frazer forum but thought it might be worth a new topic post. It looks like if anyone wants the book better jump now.

Unfortunately, the idiot seller of the new one - which is also the cheapest at $39 - won't ship to Canada.  >:(

Checked amazon.ca and the cheapest one available is $115.00.  >:( >:(

Found another source for the book. $39 and, they ship to Canada. $6.50. Very fair.

This is an interesting site. They seem to specialize in books like this.
