Title: '51 Manhattan Hardtop-ebay
Post by: KWZ on July 01, 2014, 09:18:58 AM
This is a twin to my first KF car- Cape Verde Green over Ceramic Green with black leather.  Someone should scoop this up at this price!

Easily worth the Buy It Now if you want one of these. Very rare, and this is a solid, low mile start that you could enjoy while you restore.

I loved looking at the high resolution photos because I have seen so few.

Take a look at the tops of the driver side doors...you can see where the sedan doors were modified to turn them into hardtop doors. Definitely some low budget engineering...but it worked!

I owned one of these several years ago. Unfortunately, it's original owner must have have had one accident too many as it had a bent frame and every body panel was warped just enough to make doors drag and seals leak. With only 33K miles I thought I could resurrect it, but it's a better parts car.

I'm going to keep an eye on this one!
