I have a 47 frazer manhattan but the brake lights turn signals and some other things are from the 49 Manhattan can anyone help?
-
What does your serial number and data plates on the car and the registration say it is?
-
Post a few pictures...we'll help you figure it out.

They say it's a 47 the serial number says f47c1006240

47c5 is the prefix for a Manhattan; serial numbers start with "1001" as the last 4 digits. Members of the KFOCI get KFOCI HANDBOOK when they join. This CD has a lot of information on the 1947 Manhattans including info on colors, trims and equipment. Directional signals were standard on ALL 1947 Frazers (standard or Manhattan). If you post some pictures we can help on identification of lights and other features you have a question about.

That is the car I will get better photos later

'47 Manhattan with '49 Kaiser taillights. Also has an added Manhattan script on the trunklid...

The car is definitely a 47 Frazer Manhattan. Its interesting that the updates used KF parts...many times folks loaded on the JC Whitney style aftermarket goodies. I see the car also sported a spotlight as well, evidenced by the hole in the door.

Ok thank you for the help
