Title: 51 Kaiser Hub to Hub width?
Post by: 51 Silver Dragon on October 14, 2014, 05:41:01 PM
Hey Everybody,

I have a 51 Kaiser and I want to put a mustang II front end on it. I was wondering if anybody know the hub to hub width or has done this yet. I would measure it myself, but the car is in storage about 2 hrs away. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The 1951 Service Standards book says that the front tread is 58 inches and the rear 58 3/4 inches.  Let us know where you find one and how it works out.  Thanks.

Hey Gordie,

Thanks for the info. You can't find one anywhere but Full Tilt Street Rods and Fatman Fabrication said they could build a custom one for around $1500-$2200. Ill post some pics once in, Probably be around May, that is when my appt to start on some of the metal work that I cannot personally do.

Thanks,
