We may have discussed this one on here before but have a look
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Other-Makes-KAISER-MANHATTEN-MANHATTEN-1953-kaiser-manhatten-rare-wow-/171540221867?forcerrptr=true&hash=item27f0980fab&item=171540221867&pt=US_Cars_Trucks
I'm guessing the seller means "Manhattan" but this '53 has the hump on the firewall that only on the early '51s had. It was there to accommodate the use of left-over 1949/50 radios in the early '51 Kaisers. Later '51 Kaisers did not have it yet this '53 does. I wonder if it was added for some reason? You can't see the radio in the pictures but it appears to be the later 5 button type but I can't tell for sure. By the way, it looks like a decent car. How does someone have only a 92.9% positive rating on ebay?

Wow, that firewall hump on a '53 is strange. As far as 92% feedback, looks like he mis represented a $48K Mustang according to the buyer. Most of his other feedback is fine though.

This seller has few feed-backs so the negative that he got on selling a Mustang hit his feed-back score hard. It does look like a nice car for the money.

I just thought that fb score was bit low. I guess if you have one and very few others that pulls it down some. I wouldn't make it a concern if I was interested in the car. It was just a side topic.

Take a closer look at the firewall bump. It was added...the paint doesn't match and there appear to be screws holding it in place. Gotta wonder what story goes with that.
