They look like KF part numbers. The 1951 Kaiser parts book lists 208589 as "Nipple (at coil)" in with the plug wires. Doesn't sound like what you're describing. Part number 212464 is not listed in the 1951 or 1948 KF Parts books.

212464 is listed in the omnibus price book as "control." It's retail price in '55 is $2.97. I do not see it in the 52-53K parts book. it is in a cluster that has no other 52-3 parts either, so I would say HJ.
