Be advised that the book I wrote back in 2005, BUILT TO BETTER THE BEST is still available from the publisher, MT Publishing in Evansville IN.  It is now in its umpteenth printing and is still available at $44.95 plus shipping.  You can order off the MT Publishing website, mtpublishing.com. 

I have no connection with anyone other than MT Publishing.  I have no connection with anyone who is offering BUILT TO BETTER THE BEST on eBay or any online auction service.

There was an eBay auction for one of the books for over $200.00 recently.  I'm glad that I got my copy long ago.  It is a great read!
