It appears to be a 1951 Kaiser Deluxe with 1953 exterior trim bits.

The split front windshield and 6 push-button radio indicate it has to be a '51. Looks like a '49 Traveler next to it.

I'm making progress because I recognized it as a 1951 before you experts commented.   ;)
