I would say it's more like 111,000 miles. Looks solid though.

That would be a nice one to own especially if it's VIN meant it was close to the end of the production run.

This is likely a $1500 car that the seller figured out low production on and has added $6000 like it is a 53 Corvette or Darrin, to use an analogy we can relate to.    It's too bad sellers don't understand that rarity is a neat feature, but it doesn't double or triple the asking price unless there is a demand.

I can't tell you the last time I saw a decent 52-53 Traveler for sale though.  For a 2nd styling generation car, you could not go wrong with a Traveler because of it's stamp in time, differences from a Manhattan and - let's face it - utility!
