That looks like a 51-55 keyless glove box lock.

It is a keyless glove box latch for the later Kaisers. The '51 Special did not have a lock on the glove box.
The fuel pump is hard to tell since AC made replacements that work on the 4 and 6 cylinder HJ and the ones on the '51 Kaiser (without electric wipers) look very similar. They could be the same. One number that crosses to the Kaiser dual action AC pump is KEM 9549CN9616. I don't know if that number is actually stamped on it or not. It's hard to see the number in the pic that's posted.
The one I removed from my '51 Kaiser Special has 9549 stamped on it.

Check to see if 4318 is stamped on your double action pump.
