It is up to the organizers of the event to make that call.  You should ask them instead of the people here.

Questions regarding the national meet should be directed to Gary Sand, the Midwest Division Manager and one of the meet hosts.

If you are planning on Springfield in 2016 the Lincoln museum should be a MUST!!!! Plan on most of the day, this could also be a children's activity, adults and history buffs also.
