It might be a parts car but it could be a restoration  project for some very ambitious person, I sure hope the person that vandalized this car didn't suffer a "fate worse than death".

Did you notice the chrome fins and taillamps of a 1953? And that it's a late Special, not a Manhattan.

It's a late Special (54 rear window and dash), so it should have the the 54 tail lights. Some where
along it must have had them swapped out.
