Trim 2823 is Caribbean Coral Dragon Vinyl. This is from the first run (December 1950 into early 1951) of the Dragon, when it was billed as "Dragon Vinyl Trim on 1951 Kaiser Deluxe 4-door Sedan" in the Confidential Bulletin ordering information.
