Well Jake, as some keep saying, look at the KFOCI Handbook for these details.  Standard Catalog of American cars 1946 - 1975 indicates 4923 is a 1949 Kaiser Deluxe Virginian 4 door hardtop- which you likely already know.  I just do not want to look in the Handbook tonight to see about paint and trim codes etc showing on the tag.  been a long day

That should be body number, serial number riveted tag on lower hinge post below A pillar between drivers door hinges.
