When were the all vinyl Dragons Produced,Prior to the Laguna cloth Model or after??

Going by the Dragon List , Two of The Ivory with Green Bambu Vinyl Top Paint 106, Trim 5311 Green Bambu , Lt. Green Boucle inserts was made First & throughout the Dragon run. I was always told around Seven made. No Laguna Clothe in the All Vinyl Dragons.

The Frosted Holly Green (Metallic Gold & Silver) with White Poplin Top Paint 099, Trim 5312 Green Bambu with White Boucle inserts started at 0001100. Last Onslaught said October 1952 was when This combination was made. I have been told around 25 was made.

 By the way 1952 is the Year of the Dragon for the Chinese Calendar.
