Local server at a restaurant ran over a turtle in the road riding his bike to work. He was not wearing a helmet and died of a brain injury. The turtles shell was cracked and it is in an animal rescue center recovering. Happened yesterday, absolutely true. Draw your own conclusions of man vs. turtle
