Location does not work for me but $650, likely $500 cash in person - would get a west coaster a nice interesting restoration project.

An interesting car for sure. Kind of too bad it is not a deluxe with the rocker stainless.

Appears to be a Manhattan (original posted car). 

Again, this would be a keeper for restoration if it was closer.  Transport to Iowa would add $1500 to the price and I highly doubt the seller would hold it.
