You can create space BY CUTTING your glove box down.  Mine is now only about 3 to 4 inches deep.  I observed this in a laTE MODEL before I installed air in my 53.  Gary

I.m sure that most of you, based on our members' avg age, must have experienced the same personal interactions in any other club or volunteer organization you have been a part of.   It goes with the territory in any volunteer organization.  We still have one of the BEST car clubs out there!

Lee, As I recall from years ago Fred Roth's Darrin had a Cad V8 engine.  I remember that Dutch said he would be happy to certify that it was one of his even though no one was sure if was.

I saw this on autotrader site.  It shows a flathead 6 with multiple carbs.  Can anyone shed light on this mystery?

I'm a little late ringing in on this subject, but.  Could this be a early (prototype) car?  The car that was circulated around Northern New England dealers in 1953 or early 1954 had the flathead with 3 carbs.  I remember the car well as I instantly fell in love with it during the five or six days it was in my little home town in Maine.
