I recently purchased many old dealership papers from a former K-F dealer in Indiana and among the items in the package was a letter from former KFOC member Tom Telatco #1115 dated Feb. 10 1970, almost 50 years ago: Dear Howard, I was looking in the membership book and noticed that you have among other K's and F's a 1949 Kaiser Virginian also a 1949 Kaiser Vagabond. Could you please please help me on my project? I have been sending out these forms for over a month now, and am getting a good response so far. Dick Langworth and I are trying to get a good list of all of the Virginians, Vags, and convert. I am sending these two forms for your two 1949K's. Will you please fill them out and return them?? I have a '49 Virginian myself. I am looking for a good set of seats for it. Also need door panels. Know of any? Fill the forms out even if the cars are parts cars. All will help us in our work. Then watch for your name and cars in the Quarterly. Always your friend, Tom #1115 It appears that the registry of our cars have been a long process and thanks for keeping them up and available to members.
